Barn conversions

Barn conversion garden in Nailsea, near Bristol, Somerset

Barn conversions bring with them their own particular problems. Any work connected with a barn conversion is subject to close scrutiny and it helps to have had experience of planning procedures.

No barn conversion is complete without a redundant farmyard, and this means acres of cracked concrete to deal with.

Eighteen months later, the garden has softened the stark lines of the barn and I have put in a native hedge to link the new garden with the rural views beyond.
